Can you help me to know some of the health benefits of stew cooking. Also, help me to know some tips for stew cooking.

Stew cooking is slow-simmered cooking. Nutrients are conserved in stew cooking. It makes food edible and soft. The food and liquid served together as one dish in stew cooking.

To cook stew food, it should be cut down into pieces and completely submerged in liquid.

Stew cooking takes too much time. Give time to make it tender and soft.

Add corn starch or arrowroot to thicken the stew.

Choose the right cut of meat for stewing.

Add extra flavor of your choice to make it tastier.
