I just want to ask, can we freeze the soup and stews, or simply putting in a refrigerator is enough. What is the best way to store soup and stews?

Storing the soup and stews in a refrigerator is the best way to keep them fresh. It’s best to let it cool first.

Freezing of soup will extend the shelf life as compared to simply storing in the refrigerator. Soups and stews will last up to 3 months in the freezer.

So, decide according to the quantity of soup and stews and for how long you want to store.
