Adding soups to a daily diet gives you a healthy living. Suggest me some best and healthy soups that can cook instantly and loaded with lots of nutritious values

Hey Prachi!

Healthy soups are full of veggies and lean protein. It is the best dish to enjoy in all seasons.

To make non-veg soup, saute the pieces in a pan before you add them to a soup.

You can roast the veggies prior to it to make your soup tastier.

To add taste, add herbs or dairy cream when serving.
