Hello Harry!

Let's try to fix the issues you are facing when you bake biscuits at home.

If your biscuits are too dry:-

Dry biscuits just stick to your mouth and give you an unpleasant eating experience.

Our advice is:-When your biscuits start getting brown, brush them with butter, and then serve.

If you are making layered biscuits, add a thin layer of cream cheese. This will make every bite of your biscuits tastier.

If your biscuits are falling apart:

It is because of adding too much dough.

Our advice is: You need to brush off all the excess flour before baking.

If your biscuits are too hard:-

Biscuits get their soft consistency from the dough and the butter melts during baking and if not getting the same it means your dough is not enough to wet.

Our advice is: Handle the mixed dough well. Do not take too much dough when shaping it.

Some Important tips for you:-

When the dough is not wet biscuits get hard.
To make your biscuits moist, add butter to make it more moist and tender.
Biscuit dough should be wet and sticky.
Use the right equipment and let it down to cool before shaping them. Don’t over the roll.
Do not cook your biscuits for too long.

I hope, these tips will help you when next time you bake biscuits in your kitchen.
