When we make burgers at home. It gets rotten easily in a day or two. But the Mc Donald burgers and the other restaurant burgers stay fresh for long. Is there any trick to keep the burger fresh at home for a long time?

McDonald’s burgers or the burgers we got from the market also rot if doesn't keep under certain condition.
The dry burger doesn't rot soon. the patty loses all the excess water during cooking. Germs and microbes grow easily in moist areas. And the burger we get from the market does not have any moisture. So it says fresh for long.
