Strawberry jam is a perfect one loved not only by kids but of all age groups. Give me some tips to make it a quick and easy.

Hello Prachi,
Here are some tips to make strawberry jam quick and easy:-
- Do not allow berries to soak in water. It loses color, flavor, and vitamin C.
- You can add jaggery instead of sugar.
- Refrigerate it for 2 months. It stays good.
- Cook the jam a few minutes longer. You can mash it with a potato masher so that the fruits stay evenly once it gets cool.
- Apart from taking with bread, try strawberry jam with eggless swiss rolls.
- You can top up your favorite strawberry jam on muffins, cakes, and desserts like trifles.
