Please suggest me the best ways to add chutney in daily diet. Chutney have lot more health benefit and boost our immunity. There are many ingredients to make chutney.Which one is the best to add to boost metabolism.

Chutney is mainly made of fruits and vegetables. The sweet and tangy flavor of chutney makes it best to eat at lunch or dinner. It is best to serve with snacks as well.

  • Use jaggery instead of sugar while making chutney 
  • Mint and dried pomegranate chutney is best to boost metabolism.
  • Chutney made up of roasted tomatoes, mint, onion, black pepper and chili is best to serve with chapatti.
  • The sweet and spicy flavor of ripe mango chutney is best served in lunch with chapatti or rice on hot sunny days.
