Can we add rice in our daily diet.

Rice is the staple food of Asian countries. However, I have heard several myths on social media that rice is not good for health. Is it bad to add rice to our daily diet?

Yes, you can add rice to your daily diet. But instead of taking white rice, brown rice has more health benefits. So you should enjoy eating brown rice. Excess eating of white rice may lead to some health issues related to increasing cholesterol or heart diseases.
