As everybody seems to control weight and usually cut off rice from their diet. Is it a myth that eating rice increase weight? or what is the exact way to cook rice for a weight loss diet
Hello Manoj!
Do not pressure cook rice. Instead, boil rice in water, and when it gets cooked, drain all the excess water and heat up for 2-3 minutes. This helps to get rid of all the extra starch from the body.
Do not fry your rice or use cream if you are on a weight loss diet.
