Are brown rice healthier than white rice? Can we add brown rice to our daily diet? Please suggest.

Brown rice is a gluten-free grain and is healthier than white rice. At the time of processing, only hull is removed from brown rice. The bran and gem remain there. Whereas when white rice processed all three things removed which prove to be great for our health.
So eating brown rice is a better alternative than white rice.
