How can I add gourd to my kid's diet

As we all know, Gourd is full of nutrients and vitamins which boost our health. But today's kids don't want to have it. Tell me some secret recipes to make so that kids have it un knowingly.

Yes! you are right. It's not easy to add gourd in kid's diet directly.

  • Some babies don’t like the plain taste. You can make puree and add it to lentil to double the benefits.
  • Make sweet dish (halwa) of bottle gourd and add all the dried fruits in it to make it more tasty.
  • By adding lots of tomato puree while making simple vegetable also double the taste.

A gourd is very much nutritious and full of vitamins. So it is very important to add the most common vegetable in a tricky way in Kid's diet.

Yes, you can make lauki in amazingly different ways.

You can add curd and lauki to your kid's diet. Its great taste is loved by kids and all age groups.

Grate the lauki and boil it in a half cup of water for 10 -15 minutes.

Strain the water.

Add grated lauki to a half bowl of curd. Mix pepper powder, salt  Add chili flakes, oregano, roasted cumin powder, roasted coriander powder to it. Give it to your child and other family members.
