Why do different Pasta shapes have different tastes.

The taste of pasta varies in different shapes. Different shapes of pasta taste differently. Is it true or it's my state of mind?

Hi Nidhi!

Pasta with different shapes doesn't affect the taste of pasta. Shapes are thicker or thinner and if not cooked properly they give different tastes. Moreover different shapes hold different sauces and can be quiet significant
