Kneading plays an important role in making pizza. How does kneading differ when we make thin or thick crust pizza.

There is no hard and fast rule to knead the dough for thin and thick crust pizza.
Kneading develops and controls the level of gluten. Thin crust pizza is a thinner piece of dough that is stretched to cover the pizza pan.
Thick crust is considered to be the most traditional form of pizza. The pizza dough for this style is not much of dough at all rather a bread form.
