How can I boost up my child to eat fruits and vegetables.

My child is always choosy in eating food. It is simply a hard task to add fewer vegetables to her diet. Not only veggies, she just hates fruits. Suggest me some way to add fruits and veggies to her diet

Hello Arshad!

  • Don't give him fruit straight away if he doesn't like to have it. Instead, make shakes, cupcakes, fruits ice cream with layered chocolates, fruit salad, and smoothies. 
  • Make veg pulao if they don't eat veggies directly. Top up pizza with healthy veggies like mushroom, olive, bell pepper, capsicum. Add lots of veggies in Noodles, chowmien and other fast food which kids love to have.
  • Make a chart of sprouted legumes and serve as an evening snack.

Start this way. She will surely start eating veggies and fruits this way.
