How can I make Parathas a part from my weight loss diet.

Parathas are all-time favorites of everyone. I love to have it but can’t take it because of a fear that it is not including in my weight loss diet. So I have to left it with a broken heart. Please suggest me to make parathas a part of my weight loss diet.

Hi Prachi!

Parathas are a staple food, especially in North India. Let us here give a healthy twist to your parathas and turn them into the perfect addition to your weight loss diet

  • If you are on a weight loss diet, oats methi roti is the best option. Perked up methi (green fenugreek) and add oats in flour. Cook and add flour on the top. it is a perfect breakfast for a weight loss diet
  • Cook paratha dry and then apply low-calorie butter on the top is also a good idea.
  • Try to fry them in a low-fat oil.
  • Do not add extra butter over the top of the paratha.
  • Serve immediately as they cooked in low fat and turn chewy soon.
  • If you are on a weight loss diet serve with low-fat curd.
