Naan is the best to suit with vegetables and legumes. What is the best way to cook garlic naan at home?

Hello Aman!

Naan is best suited not only with veg but also with non-veg curries. So here, I help you to cook Naan without tandoor or oven.

As you know the ingredients to add in flour to make a Naan, I just give you a reminder here, 

All-purpose flour, Plain yogurt, milk, baking soda, powdered sugar, salt, and vegetable oil. For topping onion seeds, garlic, green coriander. 

All you need is to make a dough by adding the above-mentioned ingredients, grease it with oil and rest it for 2-3 hours to risen its size. Make balls and flatten them with a rolling pin(like making chapattis).

Topping up with onion seed, finely chopped green coriander, and garlic.

Keep the Tawa (griddle) on heat.

Take the naan in your hands and apply water on its one side.

Put it on the heated Tawa. When the bubble starts to occur, turn the tawa upside down and heat it over medium to high flame till it gets a brown spot.

Turn the griddle back and put it on a plate. Apply butter and serve it hot with veg or non-veg curry
