As we all know, oily food impacts our health badly. We should avoid deep-fried stuff. But can you suggest me what kind of foodstuff can be taken if you have oily skin and have less impact on health

Fried food has nothing to do with the oily skin and it doesn’t cause acne. Cutting all the deep-fried food from your diet doesn’t give you clear skin.
Oily skin is caused by the sebaceous gland and has nothing to do with fried food. Hormones play a big role in oily skin.
So, you can add deep-fried food in your diet unless it causes other health issues.
