Please suggest me how can I reduce the intake of oil if adding starter and fried food in diet.

As we all know, the intake of oil in excess harms our body. How can I add on starters or fried food without adding much oil to my diet?

Hello Mahek!

Do follow the below mentioned tried and tested tip for fried food:-

While making batter for a starter, use a small amount of baking soda into batter. Baking soda releases gas bubbles and further reduces oil absorption.

Always drink lukewarm water after eating fried food. it helps to keep good digestion and does not make any acidic reaction in our body.
