Let discuss some of the major tips to check the consistency of vada batter:-
The consistency of the batter of vada should be thick.
After grinding the batter, start preparing vada immediately. Do not leave it to ferment.
Do not soak urad dal overnight. 2-3 hours of soaking is enough.
To check if the batter is perfectly made or not, put some drops of batter in a glass of water. If the batter starts floating, it means the consistency of the batter is perfect.
