Please help me to know the benefits of adding jaggery(gud) ki chutney to the diet.

Hi Mahek!

When making chutney, jaggery is the best substitute for sugar. It has a lot more health benefits:-

It detoxifies the liver and purifies the blood. It helps the body to treat the flu. Also, jaggery is beneficial for anemic people.

So whenever you make chutney, replace sugar with jaggery always to get taste and health benefits together.
