How can I use coconut in different variations in our kitchen

Coconut is something that is loved by all in the family. Can the expert cook of Meri Rasoi help me to tell the use of coconut in different variations?

The best part of the coconut is that it can be used raw and also when it gets ripe.

Coconut flour, coconut sugar, coconut butter, coconut oil. Every part of the coconut is used to make different products.

  • You can make a barfi with coconut. All you need is condensed milk, sugar syrup, ghee.
  • You can add coconut milk to chicken biryani. The creamy addition of coconut milk in chicken biryani will give you a mouth-watering taste.
  • Use shredded coconut in soups and curries.
  • Make coconut chutney with mint. The freshness of the mint and sweetness of coconut is best served with gravy, curries, and dosa.
  • It pairs well with almost all the tropical fruits
