I have heard that the Indian kitchen gets special ingredients to extract in the food. Help me to know some widely used ingredients in the Indian kitchen.

Hi Jessica!
Some special ingredients that every kitchen stocks:-
Dried coriander seeds, Bay leaves, cardamom, black pepper, fenugreek seeds, fennel seed, nutmeg, nigella seeds, cumin seeds, and cinnamon sticks.
These are the ingredients you will mostly get in every kitchen. These spices are part of daily cuisine and should be easily available in every Indian Kitchen
