Take baby potatoes for this recipe.
Boil them and place them on a baking tray.
Smash and bake them with oil, black pepper, and salt.
In a preheated oven, it takes only 15-20 minutes.
Take out the tray and mince them with garlic. Sprinkle with paprika, chili flakes, chopped parsley, dried oregano, and olive oil. Add more salt and pepper powder if needed.
Add parmesan cheese on the top and serve hot.
