I am running a P.G. Red Kidney bean(Rajmah) is being loved by all my Paying guests. So they always tell me to make Rajmah in different variations. Can you please tell me some different recipes to make Rajmah...

Hi Ananya!
I love this Indian dish very much. Whenever I make Rajmah, I add some spices in it for lip-smacking taste.
Next time whenever you make Red kidney beans for your Paying guest follow these simple tips for finger-licking taste.
- Soak the beans overnight and then pressure cook in the morning.
- Making Rajmah in tangy tomato gravy is the perfect one. Add cumin seeds, coarsely ground coriander seeds, cayenne, black pepper, red chili flakes to enhance the taste.
- Mash half of the Rajmah to thicken the gravy.
- Garnish it with coriander/parsley leaves.
- Serve it hot with Jeera rice.
