In outdoor cooking, suggest to me the best way to store food in summers. Storage of fruits, vegetables, and canned food is a bit risky to preserve. Suggest some great ways for food preservation in outdoor cooking.

Preserving food and vegetables has been done by our Grannys. So why not we can do the same. Here are a few tips:-
Store vegetables and fruits for a limited period of time like potatoes, turnips, carrots, garlic, onion. Remove all the dirt from the veggies but do not wash. Place the veggies in a box or wired baskets.
Canning
Make sure in case of canning, all your supplies should be handy like funnels, pectin, spices, salt jar lifter etc.
Sundry
Sundry the vegetables. Dried food can be stored for long period.
