Hello Sanjay!

When you are not in a mood to switch on the gas and hunger strikes, I here let you know some easy and healthy meal that you can make without fire

  1. Make a chat with sprouted lentils. Mix black channa, moong daal(green gram), peanuts and diced it with cheese, tomatoes, green chilies, and oregano.
  2. Beetroot sandwich added with cheese and mayonnaise is the best to burst a hunger strike.
  3. Chilled cucumber soup. Enjoy the freshness of cucumber and yogurt. Add some crunch top with parmesan coated cheese.

These meals will be helpful when you don't want to turn on the gas stove and you badly need something delicious to have.

Certainly, many delicious and healthy meals can be prepared without cooking or the use of fire. Here are some ideas:

  1. Salad: A refreshing salad can be a perfect summer meal. Use a variety of fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. You can also add protein sources like grilled chicken or tofu.
  2. Cold sandwiches or wraps: Sandwiches and wraps are easy to prepare and can be filled with a variety of healthy ingredients like avocado, hummus, grilled vegetables, and lean protein.
  3. Smoothies and smoothie bowls: Smoothies and smoothie bowls are a great way to pack in fruits, veggies, and protein. You can blend ingredients like spinach, banana, almond milk, and protein powder for a nutritious and satisfying meal.
  4. Cold soups: Gazpacho, a cold Spanish soup made with tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, and onions, is a delicious and refreshing summer dish. Other cold soups like vichyssoise, cold potato and leek soup, and sweet potato casserole can also be enjoyed in the summer.
  5. Snack plates: Create a snack plate with a variety of healthy options like fresh vegetables, hummus, guacamole, hard-boiled eggs, nuts, and fruit. This can be a satisfying and nutritious meal option that requires no cooking.
