Hello
I just love to eat chicken and mutton. Though there are lot of recipes available on internet, but I do not rely on all them. I have had few bad experiences, people show something else and when we try to prepare it at our home, we get something else; at least the taste of it.
I am looking for some real authentic recipes of chicken and mutton. Can someone please suggest some real, authentic and something new?

I can feel your love for chicken in your post. I also get to know that you won't get the same color and same taste after following the recipe. Don't worry! it happened sometimes but when we make it again and again we got perfection and taste.

With this, i love to share some tips of making chicken for you :-
Do not over heat the pan while cooking.
Once you put the chicken or mutton in the pan, lower the flame. let every spieces simmer in to chicken for 15-20 minutes.
Open the lid and high the flame.
Your chicken & mutton is ready to serve !
