At the time of cooking what all major precautions should I take to improve kitchen safety. I just simply forget and left the things unattended. I want to know the major things which I can do so that if in case of unattended things, It doesn't harm to anybody.

Hello Raunak!
First of all, make sure that you didn't leave the kitchen unattended while cooking. This is one of the biggest precautions for any kind of hazard.
Make sure to switch off the regulator after use.
Plugged off all the electrical appliances after every use.
You have to take care of these small things before leaving the kitchen as it can prove a big disaster sometimes.
