Most people love to have fried eggs that are brown and crispy. But I don't like dark brown and too crispy eggs. Moreover, it splits. Can you help me to make a soft and tender fried egg?

Cook egg over low heat with a lid on top for a few minutes. The lid helps to trap the heat and steam from the egg.
Flip on the other side (if you wish too) This way of cooking makes eggs soft and tender.
