I just want to know is it safe to store broken eggs in the refrigerators. For how long broken eggs can be used.

Hello Arsh!

Yes, you can freeze broken eggs.

Save egg white and yolks separately.

The gelation present in yolk makes it too thicker that It can’t be used in any recipe. Before storing yolks, add a teaspoon of salt or sugar, or cornstarch.

You can freeze in an ice tray for easy recipes
