As FDA control all kind of food contact surfaces and cooking utensils comes under this category. Is it necessary to take approval from the FDA?

Hi Jessica! FDA does not approve aluminum or stainless steel grade material. Though, the cooking material has to be gone through some regulatory processes subject to testing and safety.
