As we know it is hard to beat the ease and comfort of non-stick cookware. Is it safe to use? How much fluoropolymer coated pan is safe for cooking?

Hello Prachi!

Fluoropolymer coated is commonly used for anti-sticking. It starts melting when the temperature is high to 644 degrees. Only at that level, it releases the toxic fumes. However, chances are not there to being exposed to any fumes that can make your cooking worst in non-stick cookware.
