Stainless cookware damage easily due to continuous use for a long time. The food sticks easily if not stirring it properly. Suggest me the best way to avoid sticking of food in steel cookware.

Whenever you are making food in steel cookware do not cook on high heat.
Season your stainless steel with some coconut oil and a layer of salt. Wipe it off with a cotton cloth or tissue paper.
The greased surface you will be helpful and your food will not stick to the surface.
