Actually, I never do grill cooking. But I heard that grilled food is healthy and nutritious because it cooked on low flame and all nutrients remain there.

Just pre heat before grilling.
Whether you use charcoal grill or gas burner keep the bottom vent open.
Only use tongs and spatula to turn what you are cooking.
If you are grilling some thing veg, just brush the vegetables lightly , sprinkle some chopped fresh dried herbs, add some salt. Put it directly on the pre heated grill for 5-7 mins per side..
Grilled non veg take more time to cook like 15-20 minutes.
Don't put water directly on the heated grilled. Let it down for cool.
Try these steps and you will make the ever best lip smacking grilled food.
