From grating to melting, sometimes it gets tricky to get the cheese dish perfectly done. Help me with some tips that make cheese cooking flawless.

Here are a few tips that help you with flawless cooking with cheese:-
Refrigerate cheese for sometime before grating. It gives perfect shredding.
Cheese break easily if gets high heat. Make sure your oven is no hotter than 375degree.
