From grating to melting, sometimes it gets tricky to get the cheese dish perfectly done. Help me with some tips that make cheese cooking flawless.

Few tips for flawless cooking with cheese.

  • Put your cheese in the freezer for sometime before shredding it. It will firm it up and just enough to keep it together.
  • Use nonstick cooking spray while shredding the cheese.
  • Set the temperature in an oven before baking the cheese. The oven should be no hotter than 375degree.
  • You can save your cheese rind and use them to infuse flavor into stocks, sauces, and soups.
