Please suggest me the best vinegar(or other ingredients) to add in making cheese at home.

Can you help me to which vinegar is used in making cheese at home? Or is there any other alternate that can be used in making cheese at home

Hello Mahak!

I always use white distilled vinegar for curdling the cheese

Note: Avoid storing vinegar in a metal can.
