Mostly, people are not aware to check adulteration of khoya. How can we check the purity of khoya which we bought from the market?

Hello Mohinder! To check the adulteration of khoya, boil it in a hot water. Let it down to cool. Add a bit of iodine. If the mawa turns blue it is adulterated with starch.
