Black Pepper Powder
1/2 Tsp (Teaspoons)
Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder)
1 Tsp (Teaspoons)
Corn Flour
2 Tsp (Teaspoons)
Spring Onion
2 Tsp (Teaspoons)
Garlic (Lahsun)

Step 3 – Let’s Prepare Sauces for Chilli Garlic Fish

Time needed: 40 minutes

Well, we got our fish fried; and this is the time to finally make sauces for Chilli Garlic Fish Recipe. Follow these simple recipe instructions to prepare the Chilli Garlic Fish Sauce.

  1. Heat 2 Tsp Oil in a non-stick frying pan.

  2. When oil is hot, add 2 Tsp chopped Garlic Cloves (Lahsun) and 1 Tsp chopped Ginger. Fry for 2 minutes at high flame.

  3. Then add 1 Tsp chopped spring Onions and fry for 2 more minutes.

  4. Then switch the gas flame to medium-low and add 1 Tsp Chilli Garlic Sauce, ½ Tsp Soya Sauce and 1 TBsp Tomato Sauce. Cook for 2 minutes.

  5. Then add ½ Tsp Red Chilli Powder, ½ Tsp Salt and 1 cup of water. Mix well and cook for 1 minute.

  6. Then add ½ cup Corn Flour Water. To make Corn flour water, simply dissolve 2 Tsp Corn Flour in ½ cup water and add to the sauces. Keep gas flame to medium-low. Cook for 1 more minute till the sauces get thick.

  7. Then add remaining 1 Tsp of spring Onions and mix well.

  8. Then add the fried fish and gently mix. Switch the gas flame back to high and cook for 2 more minutes. Mix gently fish pieces should not break.
