As we all know, ladyfinger(bhindi) is quite lacy and you have to make it dry before cutting it. After that, how can I make crispy and tasty restaurant style ladyfinger at home.

Ladyfinger (okra) is a favorite north Indian dish. The vegetable itself has its own style and texture. Let's make crispy and tasty restaurant-style ladyfinger.
Wash and dry bhindi.
Trim it into thin slices.
Mix the okra with cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala with salt.
Heat a pan with oil. Make a fry off till it becomes crispy.
Serve it hot with chapatti.
