Curd is a full protein-rich diet and gives lots of health benefits. Whenever I tried to make it at home (in a traditional way) I do not get the thickness and the taste. So, planning to buy a yogurt maker. Is it worth to buy? Can I get the same thickness and taste which we get from the dairy or from the food market? Please suggest.

To get thick curd you need full cream milk. Only full cream milk will give you the best-thickened curd.
