Curd is a full protein-rich diet and gives lots of health benefits. Whenever I tried to make it at home (in a traditional way) I do not get the thickness and the taste. So, planning to buy a yogurt maker. Is it worth to buy? Can I get the same thickness and taste which we get from the dairy or from the food market? Please suggest.
Hello Abbas!
To get thick curd you need full cream milk. Only full cream milk will give you the best-thickened curd.
Yes, you will get the same thickness and taste in the yogurt maker.
Easy to use, automatic shut off and less time to make curd are some of the additional benefits which you will get with yogurt maker. It is worth to buy.
