Whenever I make popcorn at home, half of the corn kernels don't fluff. What is the best way to make corn kernels at home?

Hey Roohi!
- Use a heavy bottom pan to make popcorns at home. To make it fluffy use 1 tbsp of butter.
- Heat the butter in a pan. Add kernels and wait for kernels to pop. Covered with flip lid.
- Shake the pan gently.
- Once the popping slows to several seconds, remove the pan from heat and turn the popcorn immediately into a wide bowl.
