Hey Angel, I am new to MR forum but I think i have few good suggestions for you.

Before going with cure I think you should take care of reasons causing open pores on your face. If you could simply avoid those reasons, you are half cured. The most possible reasons for open pores on skin are below.

  1. Sun Exposure - Sun Exposure without protection causes damage to skin collagen and reduces elasticity of skin which could result in skin pores.
  2. Age - with growing age, skin cells lose collagen and elastin, which results in stretches on your skin and leads to enlarged pores.
  3. Hygiene - Make sure you keep your face clean. If you do not wash and clean your face regularly, you may suffer from open pores.
  4. Excessive Makeup - Using too much of makeup is dangerous for your skin when we say about pores on face skin. Excessive makeup prevents the skin from breathing and creates clogged pores. Makeup also attracts dirt and oil, which increases shine in the pores.
  5. Hormonal Changes – Sometimes hormonal changes can increase oil secretion which results in open pores.
  6. Excessive Sweating - can also attracts dirt and clogs pores.
  7. Improper Diet – Make sure to eat healthy. If you eat fried food often, it can increase sebum production which leads to open pores.
  8. Cosmetics – Some certain face scrubs and cosmetics can also create reactions on your face reducing its elasticity and ultimately creating open pores.
  9. Excessive Oil Secretion - Too much of Oil Secretion from the sebaceous glands also leads to clogged pores.

If you simply take care of these things and stay away from open pores causing factors, you will not get the skin pores. But if you already got open pores, there are many home remedies you can use including Aloe Vera Gel, Egg white masks, Argan Oil, massaging Cucumber on your face etc.

Hope this helps!

Hi there,

It's common for skin to appear dull during the summer months due to exposure to the sun and heat. One way to brighten your complexion is to exfoliate regularly to remove dead skin cells and improve skin texture. Additionally, using a moisturizer with SPF can help protect your skin from further damage and keep it hydrated.

For your open pores problem, try using products that contain salicylic acid or retinol, which can help reduce the appearance of pores and improve skin clarity. Additionally, incorporating a daily skincare routine that includes cleansing, toning, and moisturizing can help keep your skin looking healthy and refreshed.

Another option to consider is wearing an antiviral face mask, which can help to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria that can cause skin problems. It is a good way to protect your skin from external factors.

It's important to remember that everyone's skin is different, so what works for one person may not work for another. Be patient and consistent with your skincare routine, and don't be afraid to consult with a dermatologist if your concerns persist.

Hope this helps!
