How to prepare dahi -lehsun chutney(Curd-garlic) in authentic way.

Chutney is one of the most common dishes served in lunch and dinner to make it yummier. Can you suggest me some of the best way to make chutney in authentic style.

Hello Mohinder, 

It seems you love to have chutneys of different variations. Let me tell you the best and easy way to make garlic and curd chutney.

If you wish to make garlic chutney yummier, roast the garlic, ginger, and other dry spices (dry coriander, cumin seed, ealichi, fennel seeds) so that the raw taste leaves off. 

If you want to store it for a long (Approx 10-15 days) Give a fry to all the ingredients in 2 tablespoons of oil and then coarsely grind it once get cool.

Again, add 2 tablespoon of oil and mix all the ingredients including curd well. Heat up for 10-15 minutes till the chutney leaves the oil.

Let it down to cool and fill the chutney in a jar.
