I want to know the best and healthy ingredients that can be added to thicken the raita.

Mostly, raita can be made with fresh fruits, cucumber, coriander leaves, onion, mint leaves.
If you want to thicken the raita, use hung curd or remove all the excess water from the curd with the use of muslin cloth.
Also, You can add a small amount of corn starch to thicken the raita.
