I tried to figure this out for myself I honestly did but getting confused. 100g of plamil chocolate has 31g carbs, 10g fibre, 1 g sugar and 25g polyols. What are the net carbs? Is it just carbs minus fibre or do the polyols come into it too. Found conflicting info online. In the uk if that matters
