The metal we use for cooking not only impacts the quality of food but also had a great impact on our health. Please suggest me some metal in which regular cooking must be avoided.

Do not go with the shiny coat of utensils. Cook less in stainless steel as steel is a mix of chromium, nickel, silicon, and carbon which may harm your health when gets in contact with food.
Instead, use copper, aluminum, brass, zinc, utensils to cook food.
