My kid is studying in 4th standard. As now he is growing up, he needs more protein and more nutrients but he starts avoiding vegetables, pulses, and milk from his diet. Can you please suggest me to make something rich in protein and nutrients in some different way so that he can have unknowingly...

The body needs protein to maintain and repair tissues. Meanwhile, children need it for growth. If he doesn't like milk, give him another substitute for milk

Yogurt
Peanuts
Almonds
Chicken breast
Oats
Cheese
Broccoli
Lean beef
Choose leaner, slightly larger cuts of meat.
