People avoid street food because of the contamination of microorganisms. The other thing which considers street food unsafe is oil and the products they use. But you will get vendors that are hygienic and use good products.

Before eating a street food, keep a few things in mind:-

• Don't eat yogurt dishes as it gets spoiled easily in the heat.
• Do a check on the water they are using for cleaning utensils or even for drinking.
• Do not take sliced fruits as vendors douse fruits in water to keep them fresh.
