How to make healthy egg salad for evening snacks

An egg is an easily available ingredient which is low in cost, easy to make, and high in protein. Suggest me the best egg salad recipe that can be easily made at home and can be cooked in easily less time.

Easy evening salad recipe:-

  • Boil the eggs and chop into pieces
  • Add onion, ginger, garlic, herbs, mustard, and chilies
  • Add mayonnaise or hung curd to the mixture. Add salt.
  • Spread the creamy layer evenly on the toasted bread and serve.
